WorkLithe is designed with privacy as a priority. We do not require you to create an account to use the application.

Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, email address, or phone number to any external server.
Health Data: Data regarding your breathing sessions, water intake, and stretching routines is stored strictly locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.

2. Calendar Access (Smart Scheduling)

To provide the "Smart Break Scheduling" feature, WorkLithe requests access to your device's calendar.

How it works: The app reads your calendar events locally on your device to identify free time slots for wellness breaks.
No Data Transfer: Your calendar event details (titles, times, attendees) are never sent to our servers or any third party. The analysis happens entirely on your phone.

3. Third-Party Services

We may use standard third-party services to improve app stability:

Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics: Collects anonymous crash reports and usage data (e.g., "Screen A opened") to help us fix bugs. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.

WorkLithe is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The breathing exercises, stretching routines, and wellness suggestions contained within this app are for educational and informational purposes only.

Consult a Doctor: Always consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition (e.g., back pain, respiratory issues, or pregnancy).

If you experience dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath while using the app, stop immediately and consult a medical professional.

WorkLithe is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, that calendar syncing will always be accurate, or that notifications will always be delivered. We are not liable for any missed meetings or schedule disruptions caused by reliance on the app.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkLithe and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app; or (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the app.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, text, graphics, breathing animations, and original content of WorkLithe are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the app without our prior written permission.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
